Abosede Oguntade-Oworu is a dual-qualified legal and management professional with over three decades of international and domestic experience.Ā 

She holds a postgraduate degree in Management Studies from The Derbyshire College of Higher Education, a Law degree from South Bank University, and an LL.M in Commercial Law from the University of Hertfordshire. She is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). Licensed to practice in both the UK and Nigeria, she has a strong background in project management from her tenure with the London Borough of Southwark.Ā 

As Managing Partner, she brings a global perspective and pragmatic leadership to the firm’s strategic operations and client advisory, specializing in property management, insurance law, and arbitration.

Gbenga Ajala is a seasoned legal practitioner with over a decade of experience in property law, commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and advisory services. A graduate of the University of Lagos and alumnus of the Nigerian Law School, he has led and advised on property transactions valued at over ₦20 billion and played pivotal roles in landmark cases both within Nigeria and internationally. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and also an Associate of Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN). He has collaborated with global firms such as Leigh Day & Co and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP on high-profile transnational disputes.

As Deputy Managing Partner, he brings strategic leadership, legal insight, and client-focused solutions to every engagement.

Adedoyinsola Bosuro is an accomplished litigation expert with over 30 years of experience across criminal, civil, and commercial legal practice. A graduate of Ogun State University and holder of an LL.M from the University of Lagos, she has served in diverse roles including Judicial Assistant at the Lagos State High Court and Head of Chambers in leading law firms. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and a certified mediation advocate, bringing depth, diligence, and legal acumen to every case she handles.

As our Litigation Consultant, she leads with a strategic focus on dispute resolution, estate management, and corporate advisory.

Oluwatosin Olusipo is a committed and results-oriented legal advocate with over a decade of experience specializing in property law, real estate development, dispute resolution, and commercial litigation. A graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University and the Nigerian Law School, she has consistently delivered expert legal services across all court levels, with a strong focus on land and property transactions, investment advisory, and corporate due diligence. She is also a trained mediator, a member of BRIPAN, and recognized for her leadership in legal innovation and advocacy.

As a Managing Associate, she plays a pivotal role in litigation and alternative dispute resolution, bringing analytical depth, strategic problem-solving, and a client-centric approach to her practice.Ā

Rotayomi Ogundana is a seasoned legal practitioner with a multidisciplinary background in law, business administration, and banking. He obtained his Law degree from Igbinedion University, Okada, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2014. He completed his National Youth Service Corps with the Federal Ministry of Justice, Abuja, in 2015, gaining valuable experience in public sector legal practice.

He is a certified Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). These affiliations complement his legal expertise with strong governance and financial compliance credentials.

As a Senior Associate, Rotayomi brings a commercially aware, results-driven approach to the firm’s litigation, regulatory, and corporate advisory services. Oluwatobi Akinboade-Adekoya

Oluwatobi Akinboade-Adekoya is a client-focused legal professional with a growing reputation in civil litigation and commercial dispute resolution. She earned her Law degree from Osun State University, graduating with Second Class Upper Division honours, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2021 after completing her legal training at the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus, also with Second Class Upper honours.

Since joining Wiseview Legal Consultancy in July 2022, she has been a key member of the Dispute Resolution Team, representing clients at both trial and appellate courts. Her work reflects a deep commitment to procedural diligence, legal research, and practical advocacy.

As an Associate, Oluwatobi brings intellectual rigour, precision, and a solution-oriented mindset to every matter she handles. She continues to build her expertise through active casework, ongoing professional development, and a passion for delivering results that align with client objectives.
